Well, this has been quite a journey. When I re-read my before story I am surprised at how far I have come. I was struggling. I was usually a 3 day dieter and then a crasher. I craved sugar so much. I was a slow starter in the mornings so workouts only happened on days I didn’t work, which was 2 days and the weekend (which I wanted to lay in bed and by lazy with my family). I found a product called Thrive and WOW. I was able to easiley get up and work out high intensity 6 days a week since the beginning of December. The habit of the product, fit with a quick, effective work out and I felt momentum. It helps curb sugar cravings and gave me great energy. It became like breathing. And on my ‘rest’ day I was a little bummed lol. I really have never committed to a challenge like this because of fear of not changing/giving up, but man I wanted to go to San Diego! Anytime we were out with friends social eating and drinking my choices changed significantly! Burgers and fries were easily change to meat and veggies. (They make them better than I do anyways). I wasn’t perfect, but this was the most consistent I have ever been and it was because I knew there was an after picture that I had to show. I am so thankful for this group and for challenging me to show up and be a better me!
